Got to the room (booked a king room and received a double queen instead) and it was filthy, in disrepair, no bed skirts, cigarette burns in sheets, 2 flat pillows on each queen bed, roaches in bathroom and crawling out of fridge, no towels of any sort, food left in dresser drawers, running and jumping from upstairs on 3rd...
