"The hotel was undergoing renovations and we stayed in one of their newer rooms. The rooms itself looked nice, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was spot on. However, when I got ready to lay down or felt like there was sand in my bed. We came the front desk and the front desk staff, Muriel, came up to change the sheets herself. She was nice and professional. Lastly, it looked like the room could use a good sweep, but overall it was clean and up to date."

"Service has gone down. Glassware has been replaced by paper/plasticware in room service, which is environmentally unsustainable. Breakfast Buffett has limited options, only scrambled egg is provided and one is charged $12 for an omelette. "
