"The hotel was clean and the check-in process was quick and efficient. However, I assumed I'd be getting new towels are my bed made during my stay. At the very least, it would've been nice to have at least gotten new towels. Also, I am not sure if they provided me with new bedding prior to me checking it. I found strands of hair in the bed. My hair is in locs and does not shed so I am certain it was not my hair. Overall, the breakfast was great and I enjoyed my stay. Hopefully, they can provide...

"I stay here every time I’m in flowood. It’s usually top notch. The staff is always friendly. The shower was extremely hard to turn on. The lever you pull up wouldn’t budge it took some work. Once we got it up the water came out of the shower and the tub spout at the same time. So shower pressure wasn’t good. The rooms need some updating the carpet in our room 317 was ripped and stained.
