"Pros: Property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good and hot and included eggs, bacon, pastries, waffles, cereal, fruit and orange juice, milk and coffee. Cons: Pillows were small and very hard, very uncomfortable! My husband and I did not sleep well because of this. "

Parking while staying at the Biltmore is free; a complimentary hot breakfast is offered every morning; my dog stays for free; complimentary wine and cheese served every evening; the staff couldn't be more inviting; my room always has the fragrance of fresh linens; coffee, wine and pastries are all purchased from local merchants; the hotel is walking distance to any number of eating establishments, and around the corner from Carolina Theatre; and there's not another hotel in the area that offers such a unique, historic feel. It is my go-to whenever I visit Greensboro."
