"The hotel was lovely and in a great location within short walking distance of the train station and other transport links. the shops, restaurants and the lake. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the toilet because it did not have a sink and we found it inconvenient having to use the bathroom to wash our hands especially in the middle of the night but I think that it is quite common for toilets in Switzerland not to have a sink. However, I would recommend that the hotel leave some hand gel in the toilet. Also the gym was smaller than it looked in the picture e.g. 1 cross trainer and 2 treadmills 2 bikes and a few weights. However, the spa was lovely. "

"Staff were hospitable and very patient. Easy to communicate with. Property is accross the street to train station. Just like all the hotels in the area airconditioning is questionable cooling vs just a fan. But otherwise the property is clean and we are happy with our stay."
