"The toilets must be someone's idea of a bad joke. Great height for children, but not so much for older people. Worst of all, the bottom of the bowl is flat so not everything goes down on the first flush. To save water tried to develop a method of pitching paper to the back of the bowl. Ridiculously poor design; really annoying!"

"First, I had to reach out to the property late Monday night with an issue with my booking. The person I talked to was fabulous helping me resolve something.
