"We stayed for the weekend to visit Chico state. The location was superb and we had access to everything. The home is so well kept, very warm and inviting. The hosts thought of everything, including white noise machines in each room. Check in and out was so easy. We'll be back."

"This was ideal for two senior women. Two upstair bedrooms with large and comfortable beds, and each had its own closet and bathroom. Full size kitchen was well appointed, with a small but adequate dining area. Heating system worked well. The apartment is well lit from windows during the day and good lighting at night. Easy to park in front of and get into. "
