"We were in Chattanooga for an overnight stay. No one was at the desk upon arrival. Had to wait while the phone rang about 25 times before someone came to the desk. Once someone was there, check in was quick. Parking is additional cost, which I will never understand with any hotels. The cleanliness is fair. There is a large amount of water due to use of the indoor pool. There was hair left in the bathtub from the previous guest. The refrigerator had an odd smell. I would suggest using baking soda...

"It’s a great location. It’s a Brazilian restaurant attached. Unfortunately I don’t eat meat… but we still return for there are many great restaurants walkable. "

"The breakfast is my favorite, especially the omelettes on the hot bar. Turkey sausage is available and of course the cinnamon rolls are amazing. Had a couple of issues this time. Landline phone in the room didn’t work. The street seemed noisy and you can hear a lot in the hotel. I might run the air next time for white noise. I’m going to factor in the cost of parking ($13) next time because the hotels with more expensive parking have convenient lower priced options closer to the city."
