The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are quite spacious. The staff is supportive but can have language issues as some.of them do not understand English. Overall a highly recommended. "

"The rooms here are really modern and extremely clean. I had a room with a view and the view was amazing. You definitely get way more than you pay for in value from this hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Amman. You’ll never find a more convenient location in Amman as a tourist. Everything is literally there in 10 minutes of walking, historical sites, shopping, restaurants and more. This is a high quality hotel and a high quality experience. Also the staff have gone above and beyond to try to make the clients happy. They are so accommodating and kind and great problem solvers. The hotel is great because it also offers great tour packages that better prices than getting it through an agency or trip advisor. Mohammad and Ali were stand out and amazing staff. They were extremely accommodating, extremely friendly, mad great suggestions and recommendations and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the best possible. They helped me make plans for tours and made other special accommodations for me. They were the best."
