"The location of the hotel is great, it has a view of the Roman place. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The negative thing is there is no satellite tv in the room. I will book again if I go that direction. "

"I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff members are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I was also thoroughly impressed with the food—delicious, beautifully presented, and with a variety that satisfied every craving. Lastly, the decor was super cute and thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere throughout the property....

"The staff was very friendly, gave great tips on where to eat locally. Area has a bit of garbage around, but overall not a bad stay for families with teenagers. Room was clean and ac worked very well. "

"An excellent choice to stay in the middle of the city in Amman. The hotel is in the same complex as the Galleria Mall. Plenty of shops and dining options in and around mall. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are quite spacious. The staff is supportive but can have language issues as some.of them do not understand English. Overall a highly recommended. "
