First, the villa was in a nice location in Blairgowrie with a large yard, and a quiet neighborhood. The house has great character but it is old and rustic. "Quite rural - 1.75m from the proper road and 15/20 min from Perth which was a bit far for us. Nice cottage. Comfortable beds etc A few bits that you usually get in holiday homes were missing eg tin foil, hand wash. There was only one oven mit & some of the crockery/cooking things needed a wash before use."
