"Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff and overall a charming old school motel. The condition of the room was flawless. Clean and organized. Bed was comfortable and clean. Parking is easy and locating it is simple off the Rt-1 bypass. Great for a night or a few! Complimentary breakfast is impressive. Bought a souvenir mug for $5 because we enjoyed it so much. "

"The hotel has been renovated recently and the room was very nice. I had an issue with a desk chair that wouldn’t change height, but they took care of it right away. The breakfast options were much more varied than I expected and there is on on-site restaurant and bar which I peaked into and they seemed fine. The location is right on the traffic circle, and there was easy parking. "

"Easy to Downtown Portsmouth. Having to pay for parking. Understand a little extra for valet but honestly - a guest at your hotel shouldn’t have to pay for outside, across the street, parking"
