"Everything was amazing ! The only issue I had was with the desk attendant Elly! I asked her if they had a suite available on a higher floor for my husband’s birthday and she told me no. My room was having a door repaired at time checking in and he said there was one available on the 5th floor he just got done with and he checked with her to see if we could move into that room instead over the walkie. She said let me get back with you. Well I had to leave for a dinner for my husband and my daughter stayed . I got a message from her saying she did not want to move us. Why tell me no others were available if they were. I didn’t care about the cost , I just wanted this to be everything for my husband’s 44th birthday and the view did matter! She was my only complaint and she was not nice to me at all. Hotel was nice but she was not! "

"We were only in town for one night to visit family at U of L. Our room was clean & the beds were comfortable. Despite children being loud and running in the halls when we arrived, our room was quiet, and we slept well."

"No trash liners in the trash cans. Couldn't adjust the brightness of the televisions. They were dark and hard to watch. "
