"High Quality hotel right in the old centre of Rouen, literally seconds from the Old Market Square The hotel is steeped in history and maintained to a very high standard. "The young lady that was at the reception desk was so helpful, she assisted, and answered all my questions. She is trustworthy, nice and helpful. I needed to charge my phone, but i didn't have the European connector type, the receptionist lend me hers, i was so glad she did. She also spoke English which helped a lot. I was stayed in this hotel to go watch the mountain bike event at the Olympics. "

"We use this hotel en-route to Portugal from the UK. Very friendly reception staff, good breakfast and a decent burger bar and brewery beer place 30 secs walk away that is dog friendly plus a decent Italian restaurant next door (not sure about the dog friendly bit). We will stay again."

"For anyone looking to travel to central Paris and beyond but wanting to stay in a quieter place, Ibis Saint-Germain en Laye is the perfect place to stay and relax. It is 5min walk from RER(A) station that takes you into central Paris in 20mins. The hotel has its own car park including 2 EV charging spots which was very useful for us. "I had the worst experience with a host. After I booked and paid through Vrbo, for 48 nights for 14 persons, the owner asked for an additional payment of 42% of the price. I thought it is unbelievable. I did not accept this, I wanted to cancel.
