"Everything was excellent. Really good communication before arrival with video's of how to get in and where to go. Location is perfect for exploring all the wonderful city of Bologna has to offer, literally in the main square. Windows didn't let any street noise in and room was clean and very big. "This was definitely a unique property. It is in a very old building, located right in the piazza, with lots of dining options. We stayed in the Triple Room, on the top floor. There was a loft with another bedroom, but we did not use it. The Views from this room were unbelievable of the Churches and the rooftops. One of the best hotel views I have ever had. "The hotel is located in the absolute best location! The room was very comfortable but there is no cleaning service (new towels) unless you ask in advance. There is also no shampoo and conditioner; just the body wash, and no body lotion. This seems to be the new normal in Italian hotels unless they are 5 star. Not really an issue though because there is a Coop store directly next door. We would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great."

"I’ve stay twice in the last month and both times it’s been very enjoyable. First I’d to commend the staff on the front desk the morning of 23 September, in the midst of a looming taxi strike the day manager got us two taxis to take by us and our bikes to the airport- exceptional service! Food at breakfast was very good and overall a great place to stay. Close to the airport 10mins and 15 euros. Easy bus ride to town as well. "
