"The cabin was very nice. I was late to check in by 10 minutes but I let the front desk know and they gave me another option to pick up my key. They ended up waiting for me anyways which was very sweet of them. Had a great stay!"

"After staying in Tokyo this place was amazing for our family because of the space alone! The property is around an 8min walk from the end of the Hakone Pass cablecar and the ropeway connection. It rained most of our stay but there is a nice outdoor table set and a lot of japanese anime comics (in Japanese) in a lovely takana room with bean bags. "A great location right on the lake in Hakone. Although it looked to be fully booked we did not see other guests and it was lovely and peaceful. We stayed for 3 nights and were fortunate to see Mt Fuji for two days of our stay. The onsen in the room was amazing, we used it twice a day or more, so relaxing.
