"Great for large groups, 6 adults 5 children, loads of room, lounge, kitchen, dinner all open plan, so easy to get together and socialise. Lots of space for children to explore and get away from adult's. All ensuite bedrooms. And a fantastic view of the bay. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend for family get togethers."

More than adequate facilities for our needs with lots of information about the house etc. We all had a great time and would highly recommend."

The booking in process was really easy and Paul was a good host. The garden is nicely kept and a paradise if you like birdwatching and the beautiful local surrounding area makes this a wonderful place to stay. We would definately recommend"

"Really lovely property warm cosy and comfortable. Beds very good quality. Plenty of secure parking, lovely garden. We would highly recommend. Ideally need a car to visit local areas but only short journeys. Would have liked a local pub for evening out or a meal unfortunately the closest was about 1 mile but it’s closed down, this issue didn’t matter as we had a fabulous time and saw friends that we haven’t seen since before COVID so it was very special. "Just got back from a great stay at Lyme Barn. Property is spot on for a couple, great access to the best spots on the Jurassic Coast. Ruthie (out host) was lovely- brilliant to communicate with and that makes all the difference. Location is close to the A35 so some road noise which we knew about beforehand and didn't bother us a bit. Looking forward to coming back."
