"Was there for 1 night and was made to feel very welcomed as a single female that’s a bonus. I ate as the food looked fantastic and I was allowed breakfast which was superb even though I arrive back after 10am . This was hospitality at its finest. Cracking rooms with unique homely touches ! "

"Definitely a 5* review, we would definitely stay again. We had a family room so the children had their own bedroom. It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in, immaculate! The breakfast options were fantastic and the staff were all so friendly. We immediately felt relaxed. Locationwise it was a short stroll to the beach or up the hill to the lovely Royal Oak pub. We also had a tasty lunch at the local Bank Cafe. Very short journey over to Lyme. Quiet in the evenings. Perfect location for us."

"We were a mixed age family group and had a really great stay at this house. It careered for all our multigenerational needs from a 4month old to 78yr old. The garden and tennis court were a great hit. The host told us of the walk down from the house to Charmouth which was beautiful. A super stay in this lovely exploring the area. Thank you "

"This is a lovely cottage, full of character whilst still being comfortable and cosy. The location within the town is perfect. Completely quiet and peaceful but only two minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the main street with its shops, pubs and restaurants. The addition of a car parking space is SO useful....and very rare! Our hosts were delightful. Communicative and available without being in any way intrusive. Altogether, a very good find!"

"We stayed three night in the garden studio and it was great. We were provided lots of information prior to our arrival. Paul met us when we arrived and showed us around. The garden studio is lovely. Very comfortable bed room with a table and chairs. Well Stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils, a single ring camping cooker if you want to cook. They provided breakfast foods for us which was a lovely touch. We really liked it and the location is great, two minutes from the town centre. Great for a long weekend stay."

"Perfect venue for a cosy week catching up with friends, we had been looking for somewhere large enough for all 10 of us to get together, play board games and have a film night! This was perfect! The dining table accomodated us all, as did the sofa! We also did all our own cooking and found the kitchen to be well equiped, (far more so than some professional kitchens weve used!) Will definitely be keeping this saved for future catch ups!!"
