"Hello, I rented the lovely property. My sons, their families with young children accompanied me. We spent the week enjoying each other's company. We love to cook. Everything in the kitchen was provided for us to make our meals. When the young children needed to be held, calmed or amused, the front porch was excellent for me to take them out there for some quiet time. "Lovely home 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms perfect for our family. I read the reviews prior & the house is pretty limited on house/kitchen supplies so we brought a lot of stuff from home. Lots of space, and we loved the sunroom. It’s newly renovated & it looks like they converted the garage into a room which was cool, but the driveway was short since we had 3 cars total. "Brandon was helpful and personable to work with leading up to our stay. The space was nice, especially the front outdoor porch. We used the house for a 50th anniversary family trip for my parents. The third floor suite was a nice gift for them to have private space. The only thing I would note to anyone considering this space is that there are a lot of stairs that could be an issue with older guests. "

"Everything was great. Check in and communication with the property owner was great. We were weary of using the upstairs bathroom as there was obvious plumbing issues from the wet stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. Nothing noticeably wet. We just used the bathroom downstairs for the duration of our stay. The condo was clean and big. Pictures online absolutely did it justice. True to size in the photos. If you’re not an early riser, I’d suggest booking elsewhere just due to the Bungalow...

"The house was simply a stunner! We are not keen on being in the middle of the action, so being away from the boardwalk was absolutely perfect! Nice and quiet, with ample areas to walk and ride bikes! The porch was a blast and bonus especially for morning coffee and card games! Immaculately furnished inside- the property was a dream. Close to the beach so you dont have to drive and with a cart and chairs there to use, it helped with packing! One things for aure, we will be coming back!"

"We never received a code to get in until 2-3 hrs later, I had read about the mold on the walls & broken ac & was assured everything was fixed, the air didn’t work for 2 days, frig didn’t close unless pushed in on bottom, mold in closet & above frig. I cloroxed the wall in bedroom so it felt safer to sleep in myself & washer always unbalanced. Great location but a lot of work!"
