"There is only street parking and you may have to pay if you don’t luck out and find free parking. You walk with your luggage to the apartment, we struggled to find the front door. "The property seemed very new and was very clean and spacious. We did have a room with a terrace but being December and in the middle of a storm we didnt get to use it but I'd imagine it would be lovely on a nice warm evening. It is overlooked by high rise buildings so not private. We felt very welcome on arrival and were shown how to use the facilities. The rooms are above a restaurant which even though they had a party that evening we didn't hear much noise and very local to the main streets...

"We have stayed in numerous locations throughout Europe, but this has been our favorite stay so far. The accommodations are beautiful, unique with charm and character and yet exceptionally clean and modern. Elena from the front desk was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and had a very nice quality & variety to it. This somewhat remote (12 mins from Rosignano Solvay-Castiglioncello) is quiet, well-maintained and has everything you need for a lovely vacation. There is a guest laundry on the premises that comes with soap and wash and dry for 7.5 Euro"
