"For an Inn, the George Inn has blown my mind away from having that welcoming customer services to the comfortable, peaceful, luxurious stay overnight. I wished that I booked for a few days as the location was convenient to all attractions in the area. To top up off, the price is just attractive for a last-minute booking."

"We are repeat customers. This is probably our 7th or 8th visit. Love the area...great for walks. Love how remote The High Corner Inn is. There seems to be a high staff turnover the past few years however bar and restaurant staff were excellent on this visit and couldn't have been more welcoming. Only two complaints...it has become quite expensive and the food quality is not as good. We all felt that the value for money in terms of food and drinks was not as good as in the past. "Pleasant room, we stayed in Annexe 15, nice little room with full facilities, was a little bit dusty but otherwise perfect. Super comfy bed, powerful shower and perfect location with great parking. The staff were great too."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations with its warm and welcoming staff. From check-in to check-out, they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The fresh linens and pleasant fragrance made it feel like a home away from home. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. The exceptional service and pristine environment made my stay truly enjoyable. Without a doubt, I will be returning on my next visit and highly recommend this place to others. Big plus! It was dog friendly. "

Fab lodge, lovely people

"This was a return visit for us and our dog. It's a lovely location, with scenic walks for the dog, aubreys restaurant for us and the activities and family disco for the little one. Our Heartwood lodge was spotless and the doggie welcome pack was very much appreciated (our dog loved the little rope toy!) Steve the night service guy welcomed.us for checkin, he is so lovely and warm. The lodge had everything a family could need, kitchen utensils, etc. The bath in the bedroom was a really nice touch, I spent the first night soaking after the long drive with a glass of wine! The only downside was the shower design, which leaked water all over the floor, but there is nothing anyone can do about this. It's a lovely drive to Bournemouth or any of the New Forest towns. We are already looking forward to next year!"

Would stay again

"Amazing place, temperature was minus and freezing so couldn’t get the heating high enough, but to be fair the bed was extremely comfy and had a really good sleep before going onto my next location, would definitely stay again and give time to use the facilities better! The Nog inn was a great local pub for food and drink 5 mins in a taxi "
