"Perfectly decent pub accommodation, in a separate building set back from the pub which is ideal in case is worried about noise. Fairly basic facilities (note no toiletries are provided) but a nice touch having a small fridge with free bottled water and proper milk for tea/coffee!"

"Great little location, quirky room with two bedrooms, and low beams, creaky floors and higgledypiggeldy layout all of which was a joy! Much better than the generic box rooms you get given at chain hotels. It was all well equiped and well functioning. Double bed not the comfiest I’ve slept on - a relatively thin mattress. All the same, it was warm, cosy, and perfect for what I needed this weekend. Friendly staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Full English breakfast was sensational. Thank you. "

"We are repeat customers. This is probably our 7th or 8th visit. Love the area...great for walks. Love how remote The High Corner Inn is. There seems to be a high staff turnover the past few years however bar and restaurant staff were excellent on this visit and couldn't have been more welcoming. Only two complaints...it has become quite expensive and the food quality is not as good. We all felt that the value for money in terms of food and drinks was not as good as in the past. "This was my second stay at The Crown at Harnhill, and once again, it did not disappoint! From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, well-kept, and had all the little touches that make a stay extra special. A good night’s sleep was guaranteed with the cozy bed and peaceful surroundings. "Good country pub accommodation. Access to upstairs rooms via narrow steep stairs so might be a challenge for some. Staff were great. Excellent food in the restaurant for dinner and a hearty breakfast is provided."
