"The absolute WORST stay I've had in years of traveling! The apartment is right above a bar where they play loud music with heavy beat every evening. On one evening the loud beat was so unbearable that we had to go downstairs and ask them to lower the volume, which they did a bit. At 11 pm we went to bed hoping that the music will stop soon, but the people in the bar turned the volume all the way up again. We called the police and asked if they can do anything. "Our five days at the apartment was supposed to be rainy but ended up being warm and sunny every day. We loved being able to use the pool and the room was spacious and newly remodeled. The hosts were very accommodating and I enjoyed conversing with them. They provided me with tips on the area too. There was a nice bakery and a cortina restaurant a few minutes walk away. The pretty garden that surrounded the house was an extra bonus."

"Wir waren mit Freunden für 4 Nächte in dem Häuschen untergebracht und waren alle begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr schön dekoriert, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wenn etwas nicht vorhanden ist kann alles in Locarno (10km bergab) gekauft werden. Ascona ist auch eine sehenswerte Stadt die man unbedingt besuchen muss, wenn man dort ist. "Nice and cosy appartment. Everyting was clean; the kitchen was small but well equiped. The owner was frienly and we had optimal privicy. The only thing the appartment lacks is a balcony or garden. Lots of hiking and moutainbiking opportunities in and around Sedrun. Less then 2 hours driving by car from Lago Maggiore, Lugano, Locarno, etc. Surely we can recommend this appartment for a couple or family +1 child."
