"The staff is great, room was clean and spacious Only downside was when they offered me an airport pickup for 450,000 when it is 3km away and a Grab taxi is only 63,000. If you are a tourist there is not much around there, either walk a lot or Grab taxi everywhere."

"Did not get information about check in. Waited so long in lobby and no one show up. Was given false contact number therefore unable to call. Cannot reach them at all. Tried contacting via phone and email for days for refund. Accomodation was already paid. Lost our money. Security tried calling and cannot get to them. Total scam. Ended up staying at another hotel."

"The property itself was nice. My room was lovely and had everything I needed. The check in process was horrible causing me to have to book another accommodation. The arrival email was never sent to me. So I didn’t receive the entry code for the front door (as there is no reception). I arrived at 7pm w chick is a very reasonable time to expect someone to pick up the phone. However they did not. It took 7 attempts and Facebook messages the following day to get in. The WhatsApp number doesn’t work...

"I had an amazing stay at the Vinhomes Romantic apartment in HCMC. The place itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and comes with top-notch amenities—all at a very reasonable price. "This was the best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam over our 17 day trip. We spent three nights in an Opera View Room, and it was luxury all the way. The opulence starts the minute you walk through the front doors. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Hotel is very well located in District 1, and within easy walking distance to many popular sites."

"I've been staying there since years, the staff is really kind and always trying to accommodate your request. Rates increase in the last year but at the same time maintenance haven’t follow. Some lack of informations and service that was perfectly manged from the Front desk and from the Lounge staff."
