Upon arrival I discovered the lockbox did not have a key in it. Fortunately, I was able to get in touch with the property manager and found out that I was not in the unit noted in the VRBO message. "We never received the access needed to get to the property. We arrived in Baton Rouge for a party, after the party we went to check in and the address was incorrect on navigation. We did not have any access information so weren’t able to get into the gates. This was 5pm and we were stranded with nowhere to stay. The owner would not respond to email and phone did not work.
