"I had an amazing experience staying at Eastin Grand. It was my first time in Thailand and I don’t have anything bad to say. Their location is extremely convenient, with a direct walking path to the sky train which you can use to get to just about anywhere worth seeing in Bangkok, it’s within 15-30 minutes of most popular areas. The room was clean and comfortable and I felt that all of the staff absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The room I chose had access to their lounge which was 100% worth it, their spread for breakfast was amazing, quiet and peaceful, a great way to start each day. The lounge also had a happy hour every night with more delicious food and complimentary drinks. If I had to nitpick one thing, their elevators can be a bit frustrating, if you don’t insert your room card and choose the floor within ~5 seconds, you’ll be taken to whoever has next queue’d the elevator before being able to get to your floor, but it was a minor inconvenience. If I decide to make another trip to Bangkok, I’ll definitely be staying at the Eastin Grand again."

"The location was perfect; our room was with a gorgeous river view; the hotel proved courtesy commenter boat to public transportation stop n famous mall along the river. Walking distance to 7/11, to massage spa places n seafood restaurants. Staffs are very friendly n helpful. Excellent places to stay !!!"

"Will definitely stay here again. Love the property amenities breakfast options and they even take care of slightest and smallets details as well. They very well took care of gold status as well. The only thing is morning breakfast restaurant staff forgets their smiles, may be they are working from eaely norning all the way till early noon and must be exhausting to deal with so many giests however a simple smile from the reataurant staff will make everyone feel more welcomed and make a merry atmostphere but no issues at all everything was perfect and will definitely come back again."

"룸상태가 무척 깔끔했다(수영장쪽이 아니라서 습하지않음) 가성비 좋은 조식, 종류도 다양한 편. 호텔내에 있는 마사지샵이 만족스러웠고(투숙객할인굿) 쇼핑몰 아이콘시암이 가깝다. 수영장이 넓어서 성인들도 수영하기 좋다. 직원분들이 너무 친절하셨다. 귀엽고 순한 고양이가 있다(매우 중요)"
