"Check in was TERRIBLE. Staff was great at the hotel but the process was awful. Booked through this site and the property could not find our reservation anywhere. Turns out they did not have an account with the Baymont portion of the hotel - only the Days Inn. So after 1.5 hours they get a rep on the phone that helped get us checked in. Beds were hard but the room was clean and nice. "

"Although this Best Western is a Motel style, the room was quiet, clean and the beds at the Best Westerns we've stayed at are very comfortable. Breakfast area was kept clean and stocked. Not a fancy breakfast but hot and enough choices to get you fed and on your way. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Easy on and off highway."

"Front desk staff was very friendly. The beds were not so comfortable in room 141. Bed framing were metal so every move made the frame squeak loudly. I would have changed room but we arrived late and unloaded and did not want to move. The mattress was not so comfy either."

"I can't comment because we didn't stay there. Expedia was supposed to book us at a hotel in Emporia, KANSAS, NOT the Knight's Inn in Emporia, VIRGINIA. The hotel in Kansas that Expedia booked us at (and sent us a confirmation for at the Kansas location) had gone out of business, thereby necessitating us to book a hotel on our own in Emporia, Kansas. "The house was easy to locate. I shared the space with two other people. They were very nice and the property was well kept. The property manager was easy to deal with and very kind. Would recommend for those who are traveling for work."

"The bungalow and cottage are located next to a larger house with animals roaming around which is a cool experience. The bungalow itself has the basics with a comfortable bed, but was a little buggy."

"U could not beat price...and we are very grateful for that..we would recommend that you update your beds for The first two bedrooms by replacing with higher and larger beds like your back rooms or put 2 twin beds in those first two bedrooms..Secondly we suggest that you buy some additional chairs like folding chairs to put in the living room because we had visitors over and there was not enough sitting space...also..u May want to put blinds or curtain on the back door...there is red spot on the...

"The building is right next to free way and if you end up in a room with not very good sound proofing you might be bothered by traffic noise at night. Having said that it is a small town motel, with nice staff and decent amenities. The rooms are big and spacious. Stayed there for a night would suggest if you need to spend a night while traveling. "
