We arrived at 4pm to find the place with no heat, and with two emails and one phone call didn't receive assistance until 10am the following morning. Not a great start w/ communicating with the owners since we were given an emergency phone call to use.... to no avail. The furnace needed a new...

"Lots of space and in a good area, just a few things needed adding. Such as drawers in the bedrooms, better mattresses in a couple of the bedrooms and just little things here and there that other cottages have supplied "
