"The location and house are spectacular. We had plenty of room for the 10 people who were travelling together. The site, however, had many mechanical issues which were not responded to as quickly as needed. We arrived at 4pm to find the place with no heat, and with two emails and one phone call didn't receive assistance until 10am the following morning. "What a splendid break !!! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our mini-break at the Tower. Very quiet & remote which was exactly what we were looking for. Well appointed with fantastic views from the higher floors. Note. Lots of stairs as you would expect, so a reasonable level of fitness and mobility is needed. 5 out of 5 from us."
