"Great location , lovely place and near the river"

"Went out to meet my parents for a quick river trip before my kids went back to school. Given that there was 5 of us we opted to turn to Vrbo and we're glad we did. The condo was clean and well maintained, and it was nice to have a full kitchen rather than have to eat out every night. I will say that there is some traffic noise from the street outside, but other than the first night it was easy to get to sleep especially with the AC running. "The property was dated bed rooms were nice but family space carpet disgusting had major stains I understand that they allow pets but was gross. The kitchen was older appliances and the cabinets were closed with white duck tape. Could be a really nice unit but needs updated."

"I enjoyed the location due to the distance to everything. The view was awesome from the 3rd floor balcony overlooking the river and mountains. Feeding the ducks and the birds from the balcony was enjoyable. Michelle was a great host that offered most anything to make our stay enjoyable. The beds in both rooms were large and most comfortable. It was a great time in my life. Thank you!!!"

"From a rice cooker to coffee grinder, this condo had everything. It was so well appointed and comfortable. Easy walking distance to everything you need; groceries, bank, errands. Pools, hot tubs, facilities are all excellent. The neighbours and neighbourhood make it worth coming back. We stayed for 3.5 month and would come back in a heartbeat."

"Condo and marina set-up is great! Very easy to get out and onto the open river just minutes away from Laughlin. Condo is clean and well-stocked. Just keep an eye on the dam openings & closures if you're using the marina--water will get too low. Keeping an eye on the published times alleviates this concern. Overall--great time!"
