"The hotel is nice and quiet. The location is excellent; close to temples, markets and right in the center of weekend night market. The owner is super nice. I would called this a guest house more than a hotel. It has two levels but no elevator. There’s no sound proof so you can literally hear everything from you next neighbor "

"Cozy, well-appointed rooms. Fridge. Safe. Great aircon. Heaps of hot water. Nice, family-run and friendly property in a part of the old city that still maintains its original charm. Lots of great local markets, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. Excellent value for money. "

"This is such a cute hotel in Old Town! Fantastic location, beautifully decorated, and the staff is so helpful and friendly. You are steps away from everything, but tucked away on a tiny street, so it's very quiet. I've stayed at several small hotels in Chiang Mai, and this is a favorite. We will definitely stay here again."

"Really great place to stay. The woman upon checking in was so lovely and helped us with everything we needed, from renting a scooter, obtaining a taxi to the airport, and extending our stay. On down side is on the 3rd floor it's quite noisy from the birds on the room (they start at 5am!). Main level room was much better. "

"My family had a great time at this guest house. It was big, clean and peaceful. The owner Jay went out of his way to please us. Location is good, close to a lot of restaurants and close to the Night Bazaar. I will definitely stay there again. "

"Bautong was a safe haven for my late night arrival. They answered my messages promptly and assured me that someone would be up waiting for my arrival. The room was large and clean with everything you need. The staff was friendly and helpful. I only changed hotels to be in the old town and closer to the action. I would definitely stay here again if coming through Chiang Mai. "

"Beautiful design, artfully decorated, clean, convenient to markets, restaurants, riverside, and the historic district. Perhaps the best aspect though was the owner/hostess, who was exceptionally attentive and helpful. Her positive energy made our stay particularly memorable. "

"The staff at the Grand Napat are very professional, they maintain the hotel and pool immaculately. We loved the sunset views from the balcony, and large room with dishes and kettle. The Continental breakfast was impressive and included several menus choices. Only wish it were closer to amenities. "

Great hospitality

"Amazing hospitality. Location close to many eateries especially One Nimman and White Market which have many small stores selling local crafts. Many choices of cafes within walking distance from the hotel as well. Team was fantastic and paid so much attention to details. Kudos to manager Game, her assistant Ken and the entire team at Nimman Chiang Mai. Highly recommended and happy to return again. "
