Everyday they leave towels on the door including water bottles. It's in a great location by yeongdeungpo station and singil station. Easy to arrive one subway line from Gimpo airport to Singil. From Incheon airport you can actually subway to Gimpo then to the hotel for a less crowded experience. Singil exit 3 has escalators for luggage. Overall would stay again."
