"We had a room with a Beautiful balcony, looking up at the mountains. Fresh Mountain air, loved the peace and quiet. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The room finishes were not new But very adequate. We just loved our stay! And we discovered the white van that takes you to the Vihren Hut Is only a five minute walk so that was perfect! Alain all we really enjoyed our stay."

"Outside pool water very cold and flies floating on surface. Inside pool smells of people sweat, the bottom of thr pool has dirt/dust residue and no smell of chlorine to indicate if the pool is regularly disinfected or topped up. Sauna is good when working. Breakfast is good, pastries could be fresher rather then packets products. The hotels was very noisy witg kids playing outside till very late in the evening (23:30) with out of control behaviour."

"Terrible experience, staff are rude and lie about using the mini bar and tried to charge us before leaving for drinks we did not drink. The maids did not even clean our room or leave us toilet roll, we had to ask for toilet roll every single day, there is a massive sewage problem that makes the bathroom smell like you know what ! Overall the experience we had was not a good one and are extremely disappointed as we paid £450.00 each for 7 nights which is really expensive considering we only had breakfast included, we will not be visiting this hotel ever again. "

"It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides that it was great!"
