"Great hotel. Stayed here 8 years ago, and the great staff are still here! We had a problem with our room on the first day, and quick as a flash they moved us to a better room. Cannot fault the hospitality and the breakfast was a lot better than a normal buffet breakfast. Top Class and we'll definitely be back!!!"

"Excellent hotel to stay in Saigon. The location is great and lots of shops around. 2nd time ive stayed here. Breakfast has fruits, hot food, and breads and the room is modern. Staff are very friendly and helpful and let me checkin a little earlier. Great base for a tourist to stay. "

"Great hotel with top-notch customer service, clean space, and great amenities. Upon checking in, the staff were excellent and able to accommodate holding my luggage because I arrived early. They upgraded me to a better room because there was availability. The first room I was given smelled like cigarette smoke so the staff was able to move me to a Comparable room that didn’t have this issue. This isn’t any fault of the hotels. It is due to disrespectful guests. After I was able to settle in,...
