"Sounds good and looks good on paper but1. You Pay Extra for Pool/Spa Heating! a lot extra!2. The property was ill decorated and had many issues from leaking ceilings to broken shower heads and lights falling their housing, to name but a few of the many many issues encountered3. I could go on complaining about minor issues but I will end with.....My personal advice, with hindsight, isStay in Disney Hotel for the period you wish to visit Disney and then find a cheap place to lay your weary head...

"The house was spacious and large. Located in a great area. The host was very responsive. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the projector wasn’t working in the movie room and we needed to have someone come to get the pool and spa temperature right. Other than that, it was a great visit!"

"This house was truly a great house for our stay. About 15 minutes from Disney and five minutes from super Walmart.The house is done up so cute especially if you’re going there for Disney! The kids loved all the different rooms, all the little details that were put into each room.We truly appreciated all the little extra amenities like pods for the dishwasher and the washing machine and paper towels, and toilet paper that helped make our stay a bit easier. These owners truly go above and beyond...

"Our 9 night stay as a family was fantastic! We are a group of 6 adults and 3 kids ranging in age from 10-14. The feature we loved most was the set up of this home with the three master suites and the spaciousness of all the rooms. Pool and hot tub were great and worked flawlessly. We spent a fair amount of time at the resort pool as well, which we all enjoyed. The only items we were really missing and could have used more of were towels and just extra blankets. "We had a wonderful stay at this house. We didn't do too much outside of the resort because the warm pool and hot tub, plus the community pool and courts gave us plenty of places to go. We enjoyed walking in the community as well and there were some cute little parks. Families with littles should check out the castle park!The home was huge, clean, and had everything we wanted. We can't complain about a thing. Thanks Chris for everything you did for us, and providing a wonderful vacation home!"

"Myself and 11 others travel south each what for Speedweeks in Daytona. We stay in the Kissimmee area because there is so much to do. This was our 4th year and by far our favorite house we have stayed in. The house was clean and just like the picture. The backyard had plenty of room for all of us to relax and just chill out. The unit is clean and well cared for, the amenities of the pool, playground and clubhouse were a welcome break from the Disney parks. "We loved the size of the house and the spacious pool area. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go. We also liked the gated community feel for security. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. It met all our needs and was a great place to stay for our family Spring Break vacation! "

"We stayed in a villa and it was very clean, comfy and felt just like home. The only disadvantage is that it is about a mile away from the main pool and amenities so we did need to use our car to get around. Overall, Beautiful place and great for a family getaway! We really enjoyed sunset walk as they had lots of kids activities and plenty for the adults as well. We will stay again! "

"We loved our stay at the Dolphin. We had a king room with no view and the room was massive. We enjoyed the proximity to Epcot and Hollywood Studios and the convenience to the water taxi and the ability to book lightning lanes 7 days before our visits to the parks. The one con is that we felt the in room dining food could have been better for the price. Also, we prefer the setup of the food arriving on a table with cloche covered plates over to go boxes that made the food kind of damp on arrival, particularly breakfast. "

"The property was a great touch point as well explored Florida. The pool was great for the kids and our room was comfortable for a family of 5 with a bunk bed, king bed, and pull out couch. The staff were amazing and there were many kids friendly food choices. Overall a great place and would visit again."
