"We loved the location and the quietness of the property. I believe there is a 2 or 3 bedroom apt below this unit but if it was occupied we didn't hear a thing. Beautiful views and quick access to downtown Moab. Kitchen and bathroom are small and there is no oven but 4 burner stove works just fine. Very clean. Bed was super comfortable. We would come back."

"We had a great stay! The bedrooms are spacious. We really enjoyed the rural setting, and enjoyed hearing the birds and roosters;) Owners are next door and super responsive! The enclosed yard was great for thedogs!"

"Owner was very accommodating. Peaceful & quiet but not far from town. Just what we needed for a nice getaway."

"We we're lucky to have the larger room. It was clean, spacious and very well equipped. Lots of extras. The location is excellent...about 4 miles from the main town. There is a City Market with reasonable prices. About 9 miles to The Arches and a bit further to Canyonlands. The owners are responsive to any requests. "

"Amazing place and location, cute area by the Colorado River. We were visiting friends so we didn’t get to be in the camper and relax as much as I would have liked but we slept very comfortably. Shower was even nice and hot!! The Hot and Ice coffee truck on Saturday was amazing highly recommend it. Plenty of things to and see, walking trail was cool and scenic."

"We enjoyed our stay here! We cooked several meals and the appliances and gas grill on the deck were excellent. Close to town so walkable to shops and restaurants. Easy check in and out. A plus for us was the stereo system . We thought parking on the street would be a problem but never was! Nice property!"
