"Had a lovely meal in the pub and the staff were super helpful and kind. Our booking seemed to have come through very late so the room and especially the bathroom were quite cold when we arrived. But the room had warmed up after we’d had dinner. Did a great and varied walk up along the tops then down into Great Malvern and back along bridleways so it was really well located for that. Dog friendly too."

Coffee bags and tea avaliable (biscuits would've been nice). Breakfast was excellent and made to order. "This is the place we have always wanted to stay. It was exceptional in every way. We were welcomed warmly and shown to our wonderful room with its large bay window and superb amenities. The bathroom was large and had as much space for our toiletries as we could wish. The walk in shower was equipped with two showers no less, and there were two hand basins too. "A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat."

"Lovely, quiet place to stay. Accommodation was clean and modern. Plenty of wood supplied for the log burner. Thank you to Jules & Chris for the wine and chocolates on arrival. Plenty to do in the area. A must is a walk through to the vineyard for some wine tasting (especially on a lovely sunny day). Ledbury and Malvern are close by and there are also a number of pubs and restaurants not too far away.Would highly recommend The Coach House and we will return if we come to the area again."
