"Der Wohnwagen steht auf dem Gelände einer Jugendsegelschule. Er ist geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Allerdings ohne Kochgelegenheit, ausser einem Wasserkocher. Die Größe ist max. Für 2.5 Personen angenehm. 20 m entfernt ist ein Badesteg, an dem noch weitere Wohnwagen stehen. Unweit ist auch ein Sperrmüllplatz vom Jugendlager. Boote und Fahrräder konnten wir bei den sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern im Hafenbüro ausleihen. Ein hübsches Restaurant ist auch auf dem Gelände. Wer mit Campinggewohnheiten...

Sie befindet sich direkt an einen See und von hier auslassen sich schnell die umliegenden Städte Amsterdam, Rotterdam und Den Haag erreichen. "The boat is very basic but is in a great location not far from the centre of old Amsterdam. (Ignore Diemen as the location). It’s very cheap for Amsterdam which makes up for its basic amenities. You can make use of facilities in nearby cafes and the Public library. The surrounding area is just off the tourist route so you get to see how locals live. Cees was a great host, very accessible and happy to help out and give advice."
