"This is our third time staying at the village when we go back to Warrington with my mom to visit her hometown. The Village is a perfect location and the staff is amazing. Our only complaint is the lighting in the rooms is aweful when trying to get ready. And plug access is also limited to areas where you need them when trying to get ready. But with that being said, the rooms are nice, not a lot of extra ammentities, but it's fine for sleeping and being close to the town center, Stockton Heath...

"Great place to stay, however, none of the four USB ports worked. We reported on first day and they still didn’t work when we checked out after two nights. We were in room next to house keeping and it could be quite noisy, we wouldn’t want that room again. Staff are great and facilities are good. "

"I’ve stayed a few times at this hotel to attend a course near the hotel. The hotel met my expectations every time. Although this time my room was on the lower level and I couldn’t find it after self check in. The signage of room numbers on this level could be better. I eventually found a member of staff who assisted me. Thank you."
