"The property was clean, tidy ,warm with nice view and good facilites such as hair dryer, dressing tsble mirror and toiletories."

"Lovely welcome, helpful staff but understaffed. Room was perfect but let down by the catering side. Good choice of breakfast but hot option was cold. Booked a meal for the second night but was told a lot of options unavailable. One member of staff trying to check in guests and do food orders and one chef trying to help with orders but couldn’t use the till. We would stay again but would hope these issues would be sorted. "

"Quiet rooms and friendly staff. My check-in was delayed by an hour but they compensated me for this inconvenience without me needing to negotiate. One thing to keep in mind is that parking fees are additional to your stay at £18 per 24 hours; limited parking on-site so you need to use the adjacent carparks.
