"We had 3 weeks at Mavi and stayed in a basement apartment. The apartment was great and every day a cleaner came in and serviced it. We hadclean towels every day which was great. Unfortunately the water company turned the water off for 2 days. It was a pain but Mavi offered us somewhere to shower and although it wasn't their fault were really apologetic. The staff are lovely and helpful and i would definitely stay in one of their apartments again"

"The staff at this hostel is AMAZING, they helped me and my husband so much. My husband and I got sick they were kind enough to order pizza for us, exchanged money , and were available through text 24/7. The service was exceptional highly recommend this place. "
