"they canceled my reservation with the explanation that they are starting renovations in the middle of the season. What an embarrassing answer. Frivolous behavior. They probably don't like the price I got with the early discount. Embarrassing. You can't seriously count on them. They will cancel you even if you had planned a vacation at that time."

"I could not stay at the Orion Hotel, because the staff lost my reservation and they located us at another hotel. The second hotel they sent us called Venosa. Venosa Hotel put us in a room that is on the old side of the building. The toilet was leaking. They were not serving food after 9:00 PM. We were hungry. I will never go to Didim again. "The hotel is a worn down building in a noisy and unattractive area with sea view over derelict buildings. The towels from the previous guests as well as the full bins were still in the room.
