"Quiet and clean"

"We had 3 weeks at Mavi and stayed in a basement apartment. The apartment was great and every day a cleaner came in and serviced it. We hadclean towels every day which was great. Unfortunately the water company turned the water off for 2 days. It was a pain but Mavi offered us somewhere to shower and although it wasn't their fault were really apologetic. The staff are lovely and helpful and i would definitely stay in one of their apartments again"

"Ich habe bezahlt Geld und ich war nicht da weil die Mitarbeiter von Nachtschicht hatte mir und meine Familie nicht geholfen und nicht die Buchung stornieren und ich habe 160€ bezahlt und ich habe andere Hotel gebucht und nicht meine Geld zurück bekommen "

"The owner and staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. We’re vegan, they made us special meals. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Details are exquisite in every item. I’d love to come back and spend more time. "
