"We loved Maryland and my son says it’s one of the most beautiful places he’s been. Less than 15 minutes from a charming little town called Potomac with shopping and good food. The property is lovely and the rooms were great. We used the kitchen and watched movies to wind down. Our trip into DC was smooth and the scenery was beautiful. We plan to return in July 2026 and bring the rest of the family. "

"Initially I was impressed until I arrived at the property. I informed the owner we would be having dinner outside so we had tables and chairs delivered. I was given Soooo many rules about who could come where they needed to park and NO ONE could sleep over. Last time I checked I rented the whole house for 48 hours. "I have stayed here twice now with my kids while visiting my mom. Both times we have stayed in the Villa. I like rustic, and to me this is the perfect combination of rustic and practical modern. It very much has a cabin feel with its gorgeous wood, but also has great AC, Sat TV, WiFi, and a very well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is huge and very comfortable. The second bedroom is ideal for kids. Having 2 bathrooms was great and they were more than adequate. The deck and the view off of it...

"This home was spectacular inside and outside! The decor was amazing! This home provided for a wonderful time had by all. Very impressive and well thought out floor plan gave us plenty of room to sit and eat, watch tv, play games and even slip away for a nap! The inside of this home had everything our family needed to enjoy Thanksgiving, just fantastic! The outside was just as special! We took walks with the kids around the quarry - stunning - the fire pit provided for many hours of outside...

"Pictures do not do this home justice. We came with 8 moms for a little weekend getaway and couldnt have chosen a better location. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated. The high ceilings and windows let so much light in! The pool and spa are a great addition for anyone looking to hang around the house. Its also a very short walk up the street to get to the Salamander resort for a little spa time. We will definitely be back! "
