"I am appalled due to my experience with this place. The arrival was so nice, I loved being surrounded by nature and the cabins are super cute, then I get to my room. It was nice, but no ac only fans. My sheets were never changed during my stay there. I never got my dirty towels removed from my room and replaced with new ones.
