I have never stayed in a rental with more supplies in the kitchen and bathroom and laundry room than this place! If I'm in Eugene again, I would definitely want to stay here!"

"This vacation rental was perfect for our visit to Eugene to see family and friends. It was very comfortable and in a great location. An extra treat was the spacious deck with a lovely westerly view of the sunsets. Everything was an advertised, and the communications with the host were very good. When back in Eugene, we would definitely hope to stay here again!"

"We came for a sports tournament and enjoyed the house a lot. It was very clean and close to everything"

"We spent 3 nights at this property. It was like living at someone's home who happened to be away for a few days, with books on the shelves and tasteful artwork throughout the house. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunch. The property has a garage which we chose to not use because of our short stay. The only negative is that the one bathroom in the house was rather small, but it had a nice new sink and was very clean."

"This is a wonderful place: great neighborhood on a fairly quiet street, easy walk to excellent restaurants, markets, and just about anything one could want. The house is very comfortable with great light, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a world class shower. Also plenty of off-street parking as well as a single car garage. The hosts were very friendly and quick to reply to questions. Just wish we could have stayed longer."

"This place was perfect for us. 4 adults that were going to baseball games daily, the location made it super easy. 5 minutes to Autzen/PK Park. The host was friendly, accessible and detail oriented. Well equipped bathrooms and kitchen made everyday living a breeze. And our little pup had a nice safe fenced area to run around. I would definitely recommend Mike and his property to everyone.!"

"I stayed in the cottage while in town for a work conference. The rental was cute and a great fit for me. All appliances, shower worked great and the bed was very comfortable. I am considering renting again for my conference next year. "
