"Amazing place "

"Location and accommodation was lovely. Owners were lovely although difficult to locate on expiry. Didn’t get to see them to say goodbye. Only downside was the shower/bath in the large rear bedroom did not work as there was no cold water coming through. A thermostatic cartridge problem maybe. So had to share another en-suite!"

"We had good time, a few miner details, showers in rooms didn't drain away quick enough,would have been nice to have mirror on wall in bathroom, very congested in kitchen with a few of us there, noisy neighbours which is not your fault, more T towels would been nice, Price for 2 nights bit steep"

Ideal location to take advantage of quirky shops and large choice of beautiful cafes, ocean views and atmosphere that Swanage has to offer. The property was perfect size for our party of 6 and was well supplied with everything that we needed for our stay. Parking was a challenge, but once spaces were obtained due to great public transport to local beaches and walking distance to the town there was little need to use...

"The information looked too good to be true ... but ... the house, the location, the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the owner were amazing. A fantastic stay in a beautiful area. There was so much to do and a lot of the time you do not need to drive,(always a plus when on holiday.) We all want to return. Will recommend it to everyone. The house was a home and little touches like fresh flowers on the kitchen table were an added bonus."

"Booked for family to stay while attending a function. I am really embarrassed to have arranged such terrible accommodation. Glass by the front door is cracked and damaged with the double glazing leaking. Skirting boards dirty and mouldy. Grout in bathrooms mouldy - have they been cleaned properly? Stains on carpets. Some carpets pulling away from skirting boards and stained black at the edges. One bed had a large stain down the side. Missing slats in venetian blinds. One window was...

"We were a group of families staying in the Boho Beach House. The bedrooms were all excellent, very comfortable and various configurations of beds that worked out perfectly for us. Living space is a little limited for a large group but we managed to make it work. Convenient location for beach and town. Would recommend and stay again. "
