"The owner should make it clear that this property is NOT suitable for a person with mobility needs. 42 steps to the upper floor is not ā€œa fewā€stairs. I did tell the owner before we went that I had a mobility scooter and used crutches to walk and could manage a few steps. Directions should be clearer. It took an hour to find the property when we arrived. I suggest ā€˜The white door set back between the Dry Dock CafĆ© and the animal charity shop. This would make it easier to find. It would be...

Furnished like a show flat but it's the little detauls that really make this: the cotton buds/pads in the bathroom, cereals in the cupboard, milk and yoghurt in the fridge... "Excellent apartment in a block of serviced apartments right in the centre of Poole so easy walking to the quayside via the old High Street, with bars and restaurants en-route. The flat was well-equipped and spotlessly clean and both the wi-fi and the TV worked well. The free parking in the adjacent undercover car park was a major bonus. We would certainly look to stay here again in the future."

"Thank you for a perfect stay - the apartment was beautiful; from the beautiful interior of the cosy cushions and throws to the plants hanging at the window. Everything had been thought of in the kitchen and bathroom and having lots of hanging space in the hallway was a huge bonus. The location is ideal - a few minutes walk from the station in one hour direction and the beach in the other. My son and I had a lovely stay - thank you! beach"
