"Lovely location for a stay in Royal Tunbridge Wells. We were on the top floor, 5 levels of very narrow and winding stairs, no lift. It was manageable but a little annoying. Staff were friendly. The room is quite small but sufficient. It was cold with a draft from the windows, often rattling in the wind.
