"Upon walking in to the foyer it is very evident that this hotel used to be grand and glamorous. The foyer area is dated but well maintained. We had to change bedrooms three times until we found a room with an air con that worked well enough. However, the renovated room was very pleasant and the mattress comfortable. "Hotel was great , staff from reception through to the bar/ waiting and to housekeeping were so lovely. All were very efficient. Garden area was really nice , especially watching the family of Pumbas come in each evening. Food was excellent in the restaurant & bar.
