"I was very pleased with the efficiency of the office staff. The driver was pleasant and truly a nice person. The Breakfast selection was more than adequate and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. Our room was clean and met our needs. We appreciate all that the staff did to make our stay pleasant. "We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff were helpful and the location was very good. We didn't have much time to explore but appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of our accommodations."

"Lovely people but the place is run down and the room had very old linens- towels that probably can never be white again. I was afraid to use them. Breakfast was like anything one would make at home except not even like that. Disappointing experience"

"Have stayed here previously and felt it was great. This time around it felt different. The staff were excellent as usual but the general feel of the place felt like it was going backwards. The breakfast offering ruined it. Despite having a set eating time it was cooked well in advance and kept in a warmer. It was poor . Parking is very limited."

"This is a fake advert. I paid for a room only for me to arrive at the place to be told that they don't have any connection at all with these online adverts and payments. My advise to travellers is, DON'T BOOK TO STAY AT GRAND VIEW LODGE unless it you want to lose your money."
